15 years ago, when I came into town to visit my children, I met Cookie at an upscale spa in Frontenac, MO. I came in complaining about excessive bloating, low back and hip problems. She helped me to detoxify my body and get rid of chronic fatigue. I had more energy, and as a bonus, I lost 15lbs. I had absolutely no hesitation about working with Cookie. I told her that I would pay for her to go to school to get her Lymphedema Decongestion Certification. After breast cancer surgery, I had lymph nodes removed, causing my arm to swell. I could not sleep, I was very depressed, and I had low energy. Cookie started off being my regular medical massage therapist when I came to St. Louis fifteen years ago.
